This is Joel PAPE's AK, he is a french journalist who was responsible for the rod & custom part of Auto Loisir, (a car magazine of the 80') he later create Option Auto, the first tuning oriented french magazine.
The car doesn't exist anymore, one of the doggy murals is hung on a wall of Philippe PETRE's Garage and the Dish Mag wheels were last seen on a black and flammed 2cv special on AMI Super chassis a long time ago.

Thanks for the information, Lionel. Shame it no longer exists - it's one of the best 'customs' i've seen - it actually looks well finished!
